Finance Administrator

Available in: Belfast

This role will involve:

  • Helpdesk support including triage for staff queries and guidance of Finance systems including the PSA system
  • Creating and closing staff accounts on PSA system for new staff and leavers
  • Management of weekly and monthly timesheet closure across the company in line with deadlines
  • Various finance administration tasks, including credit card management, expenses and uploading sales invoices
  • Assisting staff with system tasks, including assigning time codes, reverting timesheets, assisting with project setups, updating staff records and verification of holiday entitlements
  • Creation of reports and dashboards to support the company
  • Working with People Support team to review holiday entitlements to ensure accurate recording on the PSA system
  • Carrying out user account reviews
  • New staff inductions for PSA system
  • Monthly reconciliation of government procurement framework returns
  • Other administrative support as required

This role will provide administrative support to the Finance team:

  • A large part of the role will involve support for the company’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) system (Kimble)
  • You will provide a wide range of support across the company

Minimum (essential) requirements:

Ideally educated to degree, OR have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a relevant environment


Previous experience of support or system administration of a business system would be highly advantageous. Experience using Kimble PSA (or other similar systems) would be advantageous.
